I have 2 demo environments and the segment builder doesn't give answers to any custom requests. It gives a list of suggested questions which it will answer. But if you modify them, even as little as changing 'contacts with last name...' it gives a message about natural language processing issues. I've checked settings... the copilot in journey builder behaves ok. Has anyone seen the copilot segment builder working with requests other than the suggested ones?

Hi,

The copilot embedded in dynamics may not be able to handle custom requests.
We have tested it and the test is as follows:

Right now the copilot in dynamics is perhaps only trained on a specific dataset, so it can't handle custom requests, it will come up empty or prompt a natural language processing problem message.
