How to implement One-time Address functionality on Project form in D365 FO

Hi All,

I have a requirement to bring One-time Address functionality (similar to Sales Orders) to the Project form in D365 FO.

Currently, One-time Address is available on:
Accounts receivable > Orders > All sales orders > Header > Address FastTab > Add (+)
where the One-time toggle is shown on the LogisticsPostalAddress form.

Requirement:

Allow users to create a One-time Address from the Project form (Add/Edit address).
Identify whether an address created is a One-time Address.

One-time Address does not appear to be a direct data field. it seems to be handled by Role type.

Could someone please guide me on: How One-time Address is handled internally?

How to detect or store that an address is One-time?
The recommended approach to implement this on the Project form?

Hi Dinesh,

Can you explain the current functional gap and where and how you need to use the one-time address? If you maintain an address on the Project details, then this is already a kind of one-time address. The provided address is then not stored at the customer master data.
