i want to send emails from crm so i want to configure mail server profile and its mailbox in crm

guide me regards this

Hi Sanjay,

Since you are using CRM Online, are you using Exchange online as well? If so, then I would suggest following the following approach:

download.microsoft.com/.../setup%20guide%20server-side%20synchronization%20for%20crm%20online%20and%20exchange%20server.pdf

Hope this is what you were looking for. This guide will walk through an Exchange server on premise as well and configuring with CRM Online.

What is your CRM version? Is it online or on premise?
