Free text invoice. Taxes are not printing but they calculate properly

Hello,

We have an issue with Free text invoices- taxes details no longer showing on the printing document.
Free text invoices generated a few time ago were displaying the tax details as a separate line with the tax amount between the sub-total and the total. This line is no longer visible on the invoice although the calculation is still correct and the total includes the taxes.

We probably disable the printing. I have been searching everywhere, but not successful.

Thanks for your help.

    Hi msaturno,

Do you know if changes to the AR form Setup have been made?

There is a specific sales tax specification parameter available there, which might be responsible for this.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Ludwig,

Nothing has been changed on the AR Forms.  However some changes were done to a non appointment invoice and we are not sure if this is causing an issue on the free text invoice (not sure if they are linked).

Where is the Sales tax parameters that you are referring to?  Under Form set up/ Free text invoice only have 4 set ups. Should we check another place?

Please take note that they are calculating properly but not showing the tax line when printing the free text invoice only.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I refer to the following parameter settings

    Have they been changed?

    The  parameters were corrected.

They found an issue with the insertIntoFreeTextInvoiceTaxDetailsTmp)  classe FreeTextInvoiceDP and it was fixed and it worked.

    Thanks

    Hi msaturno,

Do you know if changes to the free text invoice document have been made?

Are all of your historical free text invoices affected or only some specific ones?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi msaturno,

Can you share details of your solution with the AX community and verify the answer if there is not left open.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig
