We have a system process that needs to send email's as other users. Is there a way to delegate this permission globally? Or does each user have to go into their personal settings in Dynamics and change the setting?

I recall using "Level Up for Dynamics 365" which is an extension for Chrome(probably for Edge as well) to configure this exact setting for all users in one go, but I would assume XrmToolBox has a way(tool) for it to.

So any of these two.

Hi JFulfordMS - Looks like XrmToolbox - User Settings Utility has the capability to run this centrally. Looking at it as we speak.

does each user have to go into their personal settings in Dynamics and change the setting? If that user is not an admin then admin will provide that access (Send Email as another user).
