Purchase Receipts Application Worksheet Error

We are trying to do Purchase receipts and we keep getting an Application Worksheet error. The error says the entries pertaining to various item numbers needs to be applied by a specified user. When debugging the Purchase receipt the "Application Wksh. User ID" shows a user who is not currently working in NAV. We tried restarting the NAV service but that didn't fix it.

Dear DJJenkins ,

check is this the issue that user (belongs to that user id) might be disabled , removed from your your card

if you have already delete that user try add the same user id or try been enable if user is disabled

also can i know about you are using 1 company or more than 1

Please verify the answer, if it helps to resolve your issue.its might be help to others

Application Wksh. User ID field is used to identify who to contact when manual removal of application entries in the Application Worksheet window is blocking another user from posting transaction with the affected item. You can modify the User ID manually in this case.

Is that user not in your company anymore, in that case you need to filter all items on that field and update to the user who will be working.
