Bug? Print and email problems after updating to BC 23 (The Report Layout does not exist.)

Am I dealing with a Microsoft bug or is some of my customized reports messing with my BC?

Last night my (online) customer updated to Business Central 23 (from 22.5). Today, all kinds of reports cannot be send by email or print-previewed.
Example:
Open customer, create or open sales quote, select /Print/send/, select /Send by Email/
The following error is displayed:

    Have you checked in the custom report layout page that the layouts are still present there?
    Could be that they are missing or that they are not working anymore.
    I would first check if they actually are still present in the system setup.

    Interesting! I actually updated the sandbox to 23.1 after my first post and the situation looks like this:
    In prod 23.0 the customized reports are in place but the system fails to display them and standard reports and reports the error.
    In sandbox 23.1 (default) customized reports are missing but the system can display other reports.
    I have backed up the reports and will update prod to 23.1 and insert the reports again.

    Hi - I'm seeing the exact same problem after updating to 23.0 on Monday. Users are getting the 'The Report Layout does not exist.' error on custom reports. I checked Custom Report Layouts and they are definitely there but if I try to run, export, copy, etc. the error pops up. Regular Report Layouts appear to be working fine.

    In 23.1 we started noticing missing custom reports, not in 23.0.

    Custom Report Layouts are available.
     
    But still facing the same issue while sending "Customer Statement" as Email.
     
    Please suggest.

    Experiencing the same. I have checked Custom Report Layouts - they are listed (MS-1307-BLUE) but not able to export or copy - get the missing report layout message when I try either of those options.
     
    Any other ideas?

    Hi Melissa
    I am using the reports for the Customers and we noticed that Document Layout cannot be empty. Don't know if this is the right way to solve, but at least a temporary solution in my case.
    Customer card - > Customer - > Document Layouts, fill in the report id for your custom report.

    Thank you for the idea of something to check but no luck with that either. I even put a Document Layout on every report type on the customer just to be sure that wouldn't help - no luck.
