Bug? Print and email problems after updating to BC 23 (The Report Layout does not exist.)

Am I dealing with a Microsoft bug or is some of my customized reports messing with my BC?

Last night my (online) customer updated to Business Central 23 (from 22.5). Today, all kinds of reports cannot be send by email or print-previewed.
Open customer, create or open sales quote, select /Print/send/, select /Send by Email/
The following error is displayed:
The Report Layout does not exist. Identification fields and values: Code='MS-1304-EMAIL_DEF'
