Greetings all,
When we launch to print cca 100 productionlabels and reference labels, the printing window opens and it goes from 0 to a 100 real quick in like 10 seconds and it even starts printing before it gets to a hundred.
Issue is this only happens when some users launch it.
When the user responsible for these labels and who is on this station launches the printing for 100 labels it takes approx 10 minutes to go from 0 to 100 and then it starts printing.
We have tested different printers, different users everything.Out of 5 users two are really slow on printing these labels including my own user which has super permissions so its not that.
The setup is same, same permission, same settings, same personalization, same printer settings, same printer selection.One user prints super fast the other is slow!
Is there something inside the code or ... do you suggest making a new account/user but what if it becomes the same problem. NOTE: This user which has this issues was created last month but also that theory is not good because we tested on "older" users and some of them have the same problem.
