Transfer Order cannot be received AX2012. Insufficient inventory transactions....

Hi,

I'm trying to receive a transfer order from HQ location to Q3 location. I want to receive 100 qty of a item.

I get a msg ' the qty cannot be picked. Insufficient inventory transactions with the status on order, reserved order, reserved physical and picked'

When I check on the item transactions in HQ location it says 1000 are ordered in total and 100 available physical.

HQT is in-transit warehouse it says blank.

How to receive it?

Thanks in advance

I was able to receive the transfer order.

The link between shipped and receipt was missing.

I tried in test, the status showed picked instead of deducted. so when I changed the status from deducted to picked and deleted the record in inventtransposting. I was able to receive it

Check your inventory posting profile at menu path: Inventory and warehouse management > Setup > Posting > Posting.

Go to the Inventory Tab.  Select the radio buttons for Inter-unit payable and Inter-unit receivable.

Look to see that you have setup rows for your Items with designated Main Accounts.

Account number for transaction type Inventory Inter-Unit receivable must exist.
