CDS integration with Microsoft NAV on-prem

Hi,

I have a project that needs integration between CE V9 (CDS) and NAV 2017 On-Prem. Is there a connector or something that caters for this? I did a search but nothing is coming up so far.

    Sorry i missed to add that NAV 2017 should use CDS and not direct connection into CRM. I believe the previous connectors was direct into CRM? I might be wrong but any help would be great!
