We are currently using GP10 on SQL2005 and Business portal 4 / MOSS2007. We allow employees to update information using business portal, and all has been well until last week. All other workflows are operating as normal, except for Direct Deposit add/changes/removals (a similar transaction, tax withholding changes, work fine). No updates (windows or otherwise) were installed during that timeframe on the GP SQL server nor the GP Web server that would account for any issues.
When the transaction is approved from the Work Que, it appears to go through, but never makes it to GP. The only indication that something is going on is the errors that immediately occur when approving the transaction. When the employee card is examined, the change is not recorded.
Does anyone have any idea how I can get these transactions working again?
I have submitted a sample direct deposit change, and then recorded all the related entries from the Application Event log:
