I am in a sales support role and we are upgrading from on prem to in cloud, Our development team has indicated that it would be custom code to have in cloud allow an opportunity to be reopened by the user. That is functionality that we have had for the last 7 years over multiple previous upgrades of MS Dynamics. I feel that I am not getting correct information.
Can someone confirm if reopening an opportunity is OOB functionality?
