Can a customer purchase 12 Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management licenses? 2nd Customer is of the opinion that since they have purchased 33 Dynamics 365 finance license, the qualification for lower number of supply chain criteria is already met and they can purchase 12 Dynamics 365 supply chain licenses and 10 dynamics supply chain attach licenses. Please validate and if true, activate these licenses in the desired quantities as well.

Based on Microsoft's licensing requirements, the customer's understanding is correct. Since they have already purchased 33 Dynamics 365 Finance base licenses, they have met the minimum qualifying base license requirement. Therefore, they are eligible to purchase 12 Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management base licenses along with 10 Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Attach licenses, provided the attach licenses are assigned to users with a qualifying base license. The requested license quantities can therefore be validated and activated accordingly.
