Save Parent and Child records in a single Submit from Portal

Hello All,

We have a requirement to expose form of one custom entity on web portal. This form contain sub grids also. User needs to Submit Parent as well as Child records in a single submit. But as per current functionality of CRM, you can't add child records in subgrid untill you save parent record. And that's why default portal is also not allowing to add child records while inserting new record in parent?

Do we have any other better third party portal solutions to achieve this?
