Hi Experts,
Have anyone faced the above issue shown in the image.Attahing on PO and after that showing or viewing that attachment no occurring error "No file is attached to the reference."

Is this happening in a production environment or a test/dev system? What are the settings on the document type 'Purchase'? Are you storing attachments in the database or on a file location?

It is happening for all users or only some? Can you check if it could be related to permissions on the file share? Is the document available on this share?
yesterday you asked about error message that said that AX can't access the attachment fileshare: community.dynamics.com/.../the-folder-ip-address-shared-folderxxxx-xxxx-folder-name-specified-for-the-document-type-does-not-exist
Did you perhaps change the fileshare setting in AX? If you did that, then the system can not find the old attachments since they are not in the new folder.

This link issue was resolved by giving permission but the posted error here is only for one user we are facing as well as it is production environment.
Most likely this is a permission issue, too.

This is not permission related error, this is something else.
Is the same error coming for a system administrator?

The issue is when we attached file using file attachment option it works and show the file and if we attached file using PURCHASE option it only attached but not showing file and giving error"No file is attached to the reference." Now we have attached many files using PURCHASE OPTION IN THE SYSTEM AND WE CAN'T VIEW IT.I have removed AUC and KITI files and Reset usage data.(For more information check the above image)
