Hi All,

Interest note created by user and posted, later printed also.

Now user wants to reprint the interest note , could you explain the process to reprint as ax doesn't allow to reprint once it is printed.

Please throw light on this ?

    Hi lally,

The good news is that it works the same way in older versions such as AX2009.

    Here are some screenprints.

If you change the parameter 'printed' from no to yes through the select button you can reprint the interest note.

The same applies for reprinting from the customer master.

    Hi lally,

AR/Common/AllCustomers/Collect tab => there you can find the interest and collection letter button that opens the same forms that you access from the periodic section. The only difference is that you have the interest / Collection letters automatically filtered by customer.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

The same is valid for reprinting those reports directly from the customer master.

The reports that you can find in the report section are often easier to use as it requires users

You will have the same problem with cheque reprint.

As a workaround I advise users to orint to One note first, then you can reprint from there as often as you need.

    Hi lally,

Basically, reprinting interest notes and collection letters works the same way.

If you try to re-print from the periodic interest note or collection letter form the code, status and printed field are pre-filled and need to be modified before you can reprint them. Especially the 'printed' field often causes some confusion.

The same is valid for reprinting those reports directly from the customer master.

The reports that you can find in the report section are often easier to use as it requires users to think what they want to print before they just hit the print button.

Just test and play around with this function yourself and I am sure you will succeed in reprinting all the reports you need.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi lally,

Under Accounts receivable/Reports/External/Interest note you should be able to reprint it.

Please check what default in the status and printed field and change those values as required.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
