Email Not Working for all Users

We are using Dynamics 365 BC and have 15 users, 3 of which can not send emails to customers (for Purchase Orders / Sales Orders etc).

All users have full licenses, but for some reason, the Current User set up process doesn't work.

Has anyone come across this before?
