Different Forms in Web Client Interface and UCI under "Distribute Campaign Activity" Button Click

I have an online organization - Version 1710 (9.1.0.14755), where we make use of the Marketing module.

 

The issue that I'm facing is specifically the popup form dialog difference once clicking on the distribute campaign button under the Campaign Activity entity, as it varies between Web client interface & the Unified Client Interface (UCI). Below are screenshots describe the case.

 

Using the Web Client:

However, in the UCI interface:

 

I always get a different form, that I form that is not configured in the entity forms!

I need to show exactly the same form configuration under the Web client interface.

 

Can anybody advise in regards?

    Hi Nader,

    Can you please share what exactly is the issue?
    The fact that the form is slightly different in Unified Interface than in legacy web client is by design, so I'd like to understand what's missing or not behaving as expected.

    I had a look and saw that a new form had been introduced for Appointments for example, called "Wizard":

    Hi Henry,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I had checked the appointment entity wizard, but in fact, I need to know the form (Wizard) when the channel is fax, not just an appointment.

    I have no "Wizard" under fax forms.

    Do you have any idea from where is the fax form shown when the "Distribute Campaign Activity" is clicked?

    I don't think this is an option in Unified Interface, for the Enterprise Marketing features.
    In my opinion, the Campaign Activity form isn't customizable in Unified Interface (or doesn't use customizations from the Fax main form).

    I suggest that you raise a Support Request to get clarity on this parity gap: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
