I have an online organization - Version 1710 (9.1.0.14755), where we make use of the Marketing module.
The issue that I'm facing is specifically the popup form dialog difference once clicking on the distribute campaign button under the Campaign Activity entity, as it varies between Web client interface & the Unified Client Interface (UCI). Below are screenshots describe the case.
Using the Web Client:
Channel - Appointment
Channel - Phone
Channel - Email
However, in the UCI interface:
I always get a different form, that I form that is not configured in the entity forms!

I need to show exactly the same form configuration under the Web client interface.
Can anybody advise in regards?
