Not sure if this is the correct forum or not, so we'll see.
I wanted to ask:
When working on a record, in this Case a record called 'Regulatory Case'.
I need to make sure specific fields are filled in or populated, before the Regulatory Case can be moved to the next step, or Stage in the process.
I would use a 'Business Process' for this correct?
What does this look like?
An example might be, before you can move the Regulatory Case to 'In Process', the Account and Contact must be added, and either a Case Product added, or the 'No Product' checkbox needs to be checked.
Does a window pop up with the fields that need to be filled, or a waring message pop up that says, 'hey, you need to fill in these things' or something else?
