How can the user see documents stored in SharePoint 2010 when the user is offline?

If I integrate Dynamics CRM 2011 with SharePoint 2010, how can users view the documents stored in SharePoint when they are offline.  The scenario is that my users are mobile and cannot always get access to a mobile network where they work.  They want to be able to see all of the documents stored that relate to a customer when they are on the customer site.  How can they do that?

Thanks for the information Gus.  Not sure that solves my problem though.  My users need to be able to view documents held in a Sharepoint library when they are offline.  Whe using CRM they can sapecify which customer data they want to download to their local PC/device.  In effect I want to be able to do the same sort of thing with the documents relating to those CRM records but held in Sharepoint.  Ideally I would not want to download the whole document library as there are so many cuystomers/documents, just be able to download those docs pertaining to the customer records I download to my loacal device for use when I am offline (face to face with the customer).  One suggestion is Sharepoint Workspace, but not clear how ea it would be to be selective about what is downloaded.  I want to keep any technical complexity hidden from users so that they don't have to waste time working out what to download or not.

    thanks
