Over buying when using Worksheet

I Have these planning setting

 when i run the worksheet i am starting to get proposals which i do not need and is over the reordering point

I cant figure it out

    VELTUFF,

    The Purchase Orders that are open, when is the Expected Receipt Date for them? I see the 60 and I see you use SKU, so curious their receipt Date vs. Due Date needed.

    But why does it the give me 3 lines x 30 as i only need 30 (1 line)

    That looks correct to me. Here is why.

    40 is below your stock requirement

    60 on PO does take it to that required level

    but 9 on SO takes it beneath again.

    You order in multiples of 30.
