Hello Experts,

In the Fixed Asset card, there is a Maintenance Tab is there. My Client has query that if my asset is Insured then there will be any Notification received by him before 15 days of Expiry Date of the Insurance?

And in the Insurance Coverage Entries also, why the Expiry date is Not flow?

As far as i know, Business Central does not send automatic notifications for the insurance expiry date of a Fixed Asset by default. To receive reminders about upcoming insurance expirations, you would need to implement a custom solution.

Regarding the Insurance Coverage Entries, the Expiry Date does not flow because Business Central does not link the policy expiry.

there is no Expiry date field in table.

Yes, Cause there is no Expiry date field in Default table.

Hi Jainam,

I think using Power Automate with APIs is the best option to trigger notifications. It gives you the flexibility to integrate with Outlook or Teams based on your requirements.
