Hello,

I'm a Junior Dynamics CRM Consultant, just starting my career. I'm hoping to find some answers on this Forum. 

 

Case

A customer of mine wants to incorporate Dynamics CRM into his business and he asked me for help. I'm currently exploring the online Professional Version (test) but i think the customer doesn't need al the functionalities of the professional version, so i would like to explore the other versions: Basic en Essential. 

I have two questions:

  • Is there a way to download a testversion of the Basic or Essential version ?
  • What are the exact differences between the three packages: Professional, Basic and Essential and where can i find these details.

    Hi Arne,

    I might we wrong here, but I think you need 5 licenses of any type, you do need at least 1 professional licenses.

    We have 2 professional licenses and the rest are 7 Basic licenses.

    Hope this helps
