Hello,
The products I deal with are the same SKU but have different options or not sure if I call them variants or attributes as neither one I tried fits what I need. Example below can better explain it hoping someone can help in order to avoid multiplying my number of SKU by 3 or 4:
- PRO500RSIBPK-3 is a grill that comes and it is stocked with different option specific to the country we sell it at, and in particular voltage, electrical plug, and manuals
- The same product the same SKU is then identified as
- PRO500RSIBPK-3-CS
- PRO500RSIBPK-3-RC
- PRO500RSIBPK-3-GB
- PRO500RSIBPK-3-CE
Each one refer to the same product, same main SKU, same specification but one UK, plug, the other European, the other no plug and so on
Do I have to enter them 4 times as per the second paragraph or I can enter one SKU PRO500RSIBPK-3 and then 4 different variants and so, mind you the same 4 variants apply to other SKU such as PRO500RSIBPSS-3 or PRO665RSIBPSS or PRO825RSIBPSS and so on
Appreciate the help
Salut Andre,
The variants were not something I was able to choose for every product SKU and at the same time was not able to create or add multiple variants to the same SKU.
As for Dimensions and Style did not get to that, I wish I can use something similar to Style or Size per say or Color in other systems.
Hi WayToShop,
You mentioned that variants is not fitting your needs. Can you elaborate on that? My initial thought would be using a product dimension, like Configuration or Style.
