I am getting below error on running form transformation tool. I removed form 50031 and 46 from objects lists.Still I get same error.

you still have lot of related errors below with other form id's.
did you create transformation setup correctly?
Thanks for reply .what transformation setup need to be created .I just exported all the forms objects into xml into FormTransformation folder and run the tool.

Probably a stupid question, but did you, after the removal create a new Forms.xml document on which you run the Transformation Tool? Did you check that these forms where no longer in Forms.xml?
Yes I replaced new Forms.xml with old one.
I noticed one more thing.If I transform these forms in error one by one then they are transforming successfully but not with all the objects
