Hi Community.

I was trying to import some data in bulk, but when accessing excel I came across the following error:

“Your organization has disabled this device.

To fix this, contact your system administrator and provide the error code 135011.”

Upon validating this information on the Azure Portal, I identified that my device was no longer enabled.

I enabled the device and tried to access excel again and the following message was presented to me:

"AADSTS50058: A silent sign-in request was sent but no user is signed in.

Trace ID: 505b3cc2-4b54-400f-9b93-f84085793a00

I was able to solve the problem by removing the account used from the computer settings:

  1. Access the following link Control Panel > User Accounts.
  2. Select the Make a change to my account option in your computer settings.
  3. Access the Access Work or School option.
  4. Select the desired account and select the Disconnect option.

After this procedure, access excel again and it worked perfectly.

I have problems following the link "Control Panel > User Accounts" etc ....

Are you referring to settings within Exel?

No, the reference is to disconnecting the Win10 machine from Azure Active Directory when it is a domain-joined machine.

My brain simply delete the "Make a change to my account option in your computer settings." setting from my view. Look....   couldn't see the forest full of trees. lol
