delivery dates don't change after scheduling firmed production order

Hello Everyone,

I have problem with delivery dates after making job/ operation scheduling production order.

My goal is to inform my customer via back office about delay in delivery of finish goods. For now I have scheduled production order and if  I change start date by scheduling delivery date  and confirmed ship date dont change.

I use MTO and albo MTS production, most important for me is MTO.

Schould I set up ATP /CTP  settings and then delivery dates will change or I should something different ?
