I have MS Dynamic GP, but I am facing the problem is that unable to export the list of customers who paid partially their dues, actually our business is selling the products on installments which means every customers have to pay every month but sometime they pay less than at their monthly installment so I need to find out how many of them paid less than their installment amount.

Let me start by saying that there are Microsoft Dynamics GP third party integrating solutions to manage subscription-based sales. You can take a look at Subscription Billing from Binary Stream at binarystream.com/.../subscription-billing
To your question, you can run an Historical Aged Trial Balance with Options to show you only customers with a balance. To do this, go under Reports > Sales > Trial Balance. Select Historical Aged Trial Balance. Click the New button. Enter a name for your option. You will want to exclude customers with Zero Balance, No Activity, and Fully Paid Documents. Enter a range of customers (in your case, probably all) then insert the restriction. Save and run the report.
