Anyone know how to fix this?

When trying to access an app I use daily, I got the following message today:

An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

I am able to open other apps so I am at a loss.

you should contact who created the app, and if it's a first party app (created by Microsoft) you can try to open a suppor ticket.
