Hello,
We're not able to send emails from the CRM. Emails being sent and received from Outlook is showing in Dynamics; but we're not able to send an email directly from D365.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi Gloria,
Try the below troubleshooting options for email:
1) In settings -> E-mail configurations, check e-mail server profile.
2) Open users mailbox and in alert section check for the error. From this you will have the idea about what is wrong.
3) Check whether user primary email address is approved or not.
