Please specify step by step procedure that how can I print the financial statements . income statement ao balance sheet , as I am a new user to GP 2013.

Hi Babu, I inherited a GP system with financials in Management Reporter but there are many company's created. How do print a financial statement for multiple different companies? I cant seem to find a way to switch from company to company. It defaults to the first company in a list. There are over 75 companies. Thanks, Jimbo
Saqib, you asked the use of Reports>>Financial>>Financial Statements, among these options you are also going to see Management Reporter. The GL manual highlights these options along with MR.
Most users I know off use MR outside of GP, as we do, not using Financial Statements from GP is a matter of choice for the client.

You can take a look at this link where there are tutorials and other training materials. Management Reporter is the primary software used with GP now. You can also get a user guide, if you have a test environment you can install and set up your financial reports.
It helps if you have accounting knowledge, if you are importing Frx reports the re-building should not be too difficult, the base concept is the same.

No you can't as said by all you can print all the reports using Frx or Management Reporter and it's comes free with Dynamics GP.

As mentioned by Babu, there is no option to print all Financial Statements in GP except Trail Balance Report.
In order to generate Financial Statements, we need to use FRx or Management Reporter, among above 2 options/tools, Management Reporter is widely used at present.
