    Hi,

    I solved this issue.

1.uninstall and install Dynamics 2016, selected correct AD OU this time.

    2.restore dB

    3.Now it is working fine.

4.Copied data encrypt key from prod to test server.

I recommend you be a member of the following groups on your Active Directory

this will also allow you to create CRM organizations etc

    SQLAccessGroup

The members of this group get access to CRM filtered views

    PrivUserGroup

CRM user group for special administrative functions; Including CRMAppPool identity (domain user or NetworkService). The users who configure CRM must be added to this group.

    PrivReportingGroup

This group create during CRM Server Setup and configured   during CRM Reporting Extensions Setup.

    ReportingGroup

All CRM users are included in this group. This group is updated automatically as users are added and   removed from CRM. By default, all CRM Reporting Services reports grant Browse   permission to this group.

By using this query to find your Privguserroup "select ReportingGroupName, SqlAccessGroupName, PrivReportingGroupName from Organization"

but i don't find on the AD. Can i move the Privusergroup, Privreportingrup  to some other OU, is there way to do ?

    Pl help.
