Using Audit data in Power BI

Hello

Did somebody already succeed in using the Audit data within Power BI? We are using Dynamics CRM Online and I've made a query to retrieve the Audit date (xyz.crm.dynamics.com/.../audits$select=action&$filter=createdon lt 2016-01-31T23:59:59.99Z).

Within a browser I'm able to get data with this query, however when I use it in Power BI it doesn't work. Power BI indicates an error message saying Unable to Connect. The details show: "We were unable to resolve the type name 'audits' to an EdmType".

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

We have worked with the Dynamics 365 connector and the OData connector for Power BI.

When adding a OData feed in PowerBI which result in this error, try the 'advanced' route when adding and select the 'Include open type columns' in the advanced window. For me this worked (found it out after struggling with this nasty error for days)

Have the same issue with reading the audits entity via OData..

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?
