Hi,
We are searching for a solution to print Sales and RM Invoices to a PDF file with a naming convention of
COMPANY_INVOICE_(DOCNUMBER)
Does anyone know of a solution available?

Check out Spindle Professional from Draycir. Its a pretty powerful application. It can do this and much more. We use this at our company along with a clients of ours.

It is a decent application but sensitive to disk latency issues. If you want to deploy it for customers make sure the shared storage/folder they want to use for the application never spikes above 100ms in disk latency. There can also be issues if you have lots of customers in your RM tables (we have around 120k right now) so make sure you get all of this information to their support before beginning implementation. As I said before most of the issues I have had are specific to my environment however I believe better steps could have been taken by Liaison SC to resolve the issues.
Even with the issues we have had I would guess Liaison EDD has saved us 2-4 man hours a day.

Liaison Messenger EDD can accomplish this and much more. I am not a huge fan of the software from a technical perspective but it does work (most of the time). I think 90% of the problems I have had are actually caused by environmental issues.

Do you need the software to come up with the file name? I do not know of a solution already coded, but you could probably do this using VBA. For sure you could get a Dex programmer to do it for you.
