Hello Community,

does anyone has experiences with other Social Media Tools that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing?

I find the standard tool of social Media in the Marketing App pretty weak. So I am looking for a tool which can be integrated/sync with 

Dynamics 365. 

Primarily, we want to expand the standard functions in the social media area and evaluate data (likes, comments, etc.) but also integration in customer journeys would be nice.

    Hi Joannis,

    With 1.35.10068.1056 update, comments and likes data are now available to social media.

    For customer journey integration, currently custom tile would still be the only option, you could refer to following tutorials to get started with it:
