485We are using consolidated picking to pick items to staging in AX 2009 WMS2.
Even though items are picked by batch number, when you get to the Shipment Staging functions, the batch number is missing.
Of interest, on the pick list registration screen, when you select "Show dimensions" the Batch dimension checkbox is unchecked and marked read-only, so that it cannot be enabled. The only way to pick a batch item is to ensure the pick route already has the batch on it. However, even then, the shipment staging form will still be blank in the batch column.
There are no AX modifications to this environment. Contoso database, CEU company, Site 1, Whse 11
Any ideas?
