Error when rebuilds financial dimension or run fiscal close.

Cannot select a record in The process lock table for dimension focus balance processing. (DimensionFocusLock). A time-out occurred in the database while the query was executing

It seems that something keeps a lock on the table. If you aren't aware of any such a process, you can look for details about the lock either on LCS or directly in database, depending on what type of environment it is.

You might also be able to find some information in DimensionFocusLedgerBalanceTracking table.
