Hi All,

I have a requirement to import my reading but I have one issue. I have meters with same name but different ID's. My primary field is name because of that when I import below data it is giving me error which Meter should I pick like that.

Reading 1 - Meter Name- MeterID1

Reading 2 - Meter Name- MeterID2

System does not know Meter ID's when I import data.

Can anybody help me to fix it?

    Hi,

    This is default system behavirour as system is not able to pick based on it's name, so you can use some possible below options

    - I your file use Ids instead of name so that it will pick correct item for association.

    -2. Another option is to use some unique field in your import file to refer your reference record for example instead of name, you can use some other field may be some email id or combination of twofields. during  import you can configure mapping.

    If you have only two lookup then you can change the name into target environment before import and import the file with updated lookup name. Then when you finish import then  again you update those two lookup name manually with same name which will impact every data automatically.
