Customer is operates in a hosting environment. Their password was recently changed through hosting for GP. When they go through the steps below, they get an error stating that the credentials are invalid:
To change your password in MR:
- Select Company > Companies
- Select 'Credentials'
- Change your password
- Click the option to 'save' your password (Optional)
- Click 'OK' ing
They have tried closing the MR program and exiting the hosting site. But they still receive the same error.
How can we get them back into MR with their new PW? Old pw does not work either.
