I have update the JS code and tracking script on my website and created a form capture record. But even after submitting multiple times it is showing 0 submissions.

    Hey Mansi,

Please make sure you've gone through the steps listed here - docs.microsoft.com/.../embed-forms for your form creation and embedding?

If you have, and the submissions are still not showing up, could you please open a support ticket?

    Thanks,

    Shravan

    Hi Mansi Goel90,

I encountered the same issue and also opened a service ticket, but Microsoft is still investigating my case. Can you share how they resolved the issue? Did they provide extra steps you need to follow in order to make it work? Thanks!

Hi, Yes could you please share how did you solve your issue? We are trying to make the form capture working but without sucess. No error anywhere, scripts in place, etc... visits tracked and visible in the insights tab but no form submissions recorded...

They have done something internally and it was resolved but started facing issues again and found that it is not reliable approach to integrate.

I experience the same, all fields mapped, no errors and zero submissions.

Anyone with a solution or do I have to open a ticket?

    Best regards

    Magnus

    Hi!

We added this attribute to the HTML/script you receive via Capture Form, data-ignore-prevent-default="true” and it worked!

If possible add it in the HEAD of the page.

You will find more information here, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/developer/marketing-form-client-side-extensibility#form-capturing-behavior-customization

Please, do let me know if that will work for you as well.

    Best regards

    Magnus

    Hi,

to which tag did you add the attribute, to the <div> or to the <script> tag?

I don't see how you coud add a div tag in the <head>?

Can you please give me a bit more info? I tried adding the attribute to either the div and the script tag (in the BODY) but it did not work for us.

Hi, it's in the div tag
