Field Service : Bing Maps unable to Geo-Code a lot of addresses

I am using field service of CRM Dynamics 365 in India. Bing maps is unable to trace addresses of most of my bookable resources from India. Although all these addresses are correctly tracked in Google Maps. My client belonging to India will be having most of its technicians based out of locations in India only. I am doubtful that Bing Maps is very efficient in tracking street addresses from the same territory. Please do suggest if any alternative is available for tracking addresses correctly.

    Hi Tahir,

    Hope you have found a solution by now, if not, do have a look at Maplytics. It is a geo-mapping application that integrates Bing Maps with Dynamics 365. Thus, the CRM records can be visualized on Bing maps at their geographic location including India. Besides this, you can plan a day of appointments for your technicians using the Auto Scheduling feature and plot optimized travel routes with Route Optimization for them to follow. The bookable resources following these route plans or street addresses can be tracked over maps using Real Time Tracking. Similarly, the routes plotted for any territory can be viewed on Google Maps, Waze App, or Apple Maps by the technicians. You can also check out the live street view of a client’s address on the map using Maplytics. You can also have the option to upload multiple geographies through Excel files supported by CRM using the Bulk Geographies feature in Maplytics.
