Hello everyone

I have an item that's batch tracked with FEFO date control per pick criteria expiry date.

This has enough quantity on hand with different batches.

Other than having FIFO Item model group with FEFO date-controlled enabled, What other parameters do I have to turn on for the system to deduct the next batch that expires first automatically during deduction?

It still complaints that I have have no stock on hand until I manually select a batch during pick list print..

but I want the system to decide it any deduct automatically.

We are not using advanced WHM.

Hi Indiguna, the system will only perform reservations against the batch for FIFO/FEFO, you still need to perform the pick to complete the process. If you want automatic picking, you would have to set the picking list registration to auto-post at time of picking list generation.

I figured the following was set to Manual which was blocking my expected results. I tried to delete this post as soon as I figured but looks like it's still out there. Thanks for trying!
