Error browsing local federation metadata file configure claims-based authentication

Hi,

I have tried everything I know but I can not get the local https://dev-crm.xxxx.se/federationmetadata/2007-06/federationmetadata.xml to work!

And I guess if this is not working it is not possible to configure IFD!

I get the following error:

Please if anyone have some tips or pointers or where too look for a solution, please help :)
