    To add my 2 cents:

Sales Trx Entry goes further by allocating inventory items , decreasing quantity on hand when the invoice is posted, generating quotes, picking tickets, packing lists, etc.

If you are using and tracking inventory (plus intangibles), use Sales Trx Entry window

If you are billing for intangibles only, use Receivables Trx Entry window.

    Hi AXblue,

There is big difference between these two screen. Sales Transactions Entry goes details with Items i.e. Inventory.  On SOP Transaction inventory module is affecting and other i.e. Receivable Transaction entry Inventory is not affecting.

Both screens are use to update receivables but SOP Transactions entry use when you want to deal with Inventory.

    I hope this help you.

    Thanks Much
