When ever i need to install a new solutions, say voice of customer, i usually go to my instances->select solutions  and install the desired solution.

But i have never used "Applications" tab() present in top left(along with instances, updates, service  health...). Can someone advise what is the difference between this and the solution approach to install\configure new apps. Thank you!!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Gowtham,

In Applications tab. it will show up the Applications which are available for your tenant and Add-on Applications such as Marketing and Portal has to be configured from the Applications tab.

Wherein if you navigate to solutions tab, it will show up which solutions are installed in your instance
