Export data from AX to Excel

Hello,

We have a little problem with export from Dynamics AX R3 to Excell:

Do you know any information about this error? 
Yesterday was export okay, but we change Office 2019 to Office365 (only server where is AX) and after the change it is not working...

Please can you help me with this error?
