Lead Qualified and Converted to An Account and Contact Post Not Appearing Suddenly

Hi All,

This is very very weired about MS CRM. In one of our environments the auto post when we qualify lead which says lead qualified and converted account contact and opportunity auto posts suddenly stopped working. However, the other posts like opportunity won, account created, contact created quote activated are working fine. Not sure where is the tweak I need to check to make sure to get it working.

Any help is really appreciated. Please suggest

Ensure that you have the rule active.
