How to switch on Use Print Management Destinations?

Afternoon, we believe we have set up the forms set up > Print management but the option to select Yes to Use Print Management Destinations is greyed out. Does anyone know how to enable this? It works in other legal entity on same environment?

Hi Gill,

Did you have a design for free text invoice in print management?

Please check the report design of your free text invoice SSRS report where the Parameters field has one of your printer destinations.

You may need some customization to add the design in print management.

Please check your Print management setup, is it properly configured?

Did you provide any conditions on that?

Is it happening only for a few customers or all?

Thanks I needed to switch print invoice to Yes. Rookie mistake.
