Hello,

I have an organization sync'ed with a new CRM on-premise organization. I am trying to modify a Javascript web resource. After using the customizations area of CRM and modifying the resource in the text editor, I save and publish. In the web client, I see the new changes. However, when I launch the same form (account) from Outlook, the debugger session does not see any of the new updates to the Javascript file. Is this cached for the Outlook client only? How to I ensure the Outlook client uses the latest version of a web resource?

    I simply cleared the temporary files from Internet Explorer and that seemed to have fixed the issue.

    You can clear outlook Client files follwoingthe steps provided in the below post. It says crm 2011 but the steps are same for crm 2013 and 2015
