Error posting invoice PO

Hi,

We encountered an error when posting a Purchase Order invoice: "Insufficient inventory transaction with status Received."
 


 

However, based on checks in Inventory Transactions and InventTransOrigin, the item is already in Received status.
 

Could you please assist in investigating this issue?

    Hi,

    Can you tell what actions were taken for receiving the goods? Were there additional corrections posted? Do you have a difference between the purchasing and inventory unit of measures? Do you have three way matching in use? If so, is this matched and what is the matching status?

    the information requested by Andre are crucial to investifgate.
    Can you please also check that the product receipt number that you have on the line of the pending invoice is the same that you have on the inventory transaction?

    Many times when I had more than 1 receipt on a line, it happened to me when working on AX 2012 that the system did update wrongly the VendPackingSlipTrans by flagging as "Fully matched" the wrong product receipt transaction on the VendPackingSlipTrans and then throwing that error:
